Student information is used for one thing: the program.

Who we are
Scoreo Learning provides a homework review and student counseling program to schools. Questions about this policy go to [email protected] or (386) 631-6123.
Information from schools
Schools give us the student information the program needs: names, student ID numbers, grade levels, class lists and the homework teachers upload. We act for the school as a school official with a legitimate educational interest, under a written agreement with the school, and we use the information only to provide the program to that school.
What we never do
- We never sell student information.
- We never use student information for advertising or to build profiles for anyone else.
- We never share student information with Home Team partners, teams, athletes or sponsors. Partners record general messages; the portal adds a student’s first name on screen.
Students under 13
Some 7th graders are under 13. Where the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act applies, the school provides consent on behalf of parents for use of the program for school purposes only, as the law allows.
Home Team giveaways
Giveaways are free to enter and never require a purchase. A student takes part only with consent from a parent or guardian, and winners’ information is used only to deliver the prize.
Security and retention
Uploads are stored in private, encrypted storage. Each school uses its own upload key, and each student uses a private access code. When a school’s agreement ends, we return or delete its student information within the period the agreement sets.
People who contact us
If you use the pilot request form or email us, we use your information only to reply to you and to prepare a proposal. We don’t sell it or add you to marketing lists without asking.
Your rights
Parents and eligible students can review or ask to correct education records through their school, which controls those records. Contact your school, or us, and we will help.
